We urgently require dynamic, experienced individuals to join our QA & Compliance Team to strengthen our internal reporting functions & maintenance of service quality.  Your primary task will be evaluation of service quality in direct customer contacts , call calibrations and  analysis & preparation of Performance Indicators relating to the said areas. You may also involve in audit of its processes to ensure the quality.

 Experience & Qualifications

    Passed G.C.E. Ordinary level & G.C.E. Advanced level

  • Very Good command of the English language both spoken & written
  • Preferable with 6 months - 1 year working experience in call center environment
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft applications in data analysis
  • IT Diploma or any higher IT qualification will be added advantage
