Fluent in Sinhala / English and Tamil Language is an added advantage.
Willingness to work late hours when necessary.
Having a knowledge on sourcing and recruitment would be an added advantage.
Able to travel any area with in the country and local Authorities and Institutions.
Be confident and having dynamic personality and able to work fairly independently.
IT literacy.
Having valid driving / riding licence.
