Our client is a leading business organization dealing with household ware located in Colombo is on the lookout for a suitable candidate for the position of Office Administrator

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and E mail

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Sound educational background

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity or background

 

Job Role  

  • Managing general accounts provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

  • Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment is needed
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
