Our client is a leading business organization dealing with household ware located in Colombo is on the lookout for a suitable candidate for the position of Office Administrator
Qualifications and Experience

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and E mail

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Sound educational background

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity or background
Job Role
-
Managing general accounts provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
-
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment is needed
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
