Description

Developing innovative product and packaging options in taking a scoped concept through to launch.

Developing the milk powder product portfolio to ensure that strategic plan objectives are met.

Developing innovative product and packaging solutions that drive value and costs in line with company objectives

Developing prototype products on a laboratory scale.

Coordinating, supervising and reporting factory line trials and transportation testing protocols.

Providing technical support for internal and external customers and directly assisting other functions with problem solving as required.

Providing support for set up of new materials and maintaining existing formulation production model.

Optimising opportunities related to product, packaging or process

Qualifications 

Applicant’s Profile        

Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging / Food Science or similar discipline

Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in packaging development

Prior experience in the FMCG industry

Customer focussed with a passion and drive to deliver

Primary Location: Sri Lanka

Hours of Work: Full time
