Montessori Teachers / Deputy Managers

The candidates we are looking for MUST be:

• MMI or AMI Diploma /Degree qualified or UK equivalent.  
• Without exception be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience working in Sri Lankan Montessori’s.  
• Must have worked with the ages groups of 6 months to 5 years old.
• Must enrol onto the following course - https://www.westherts.ac.uk/courses/higher-education/children-early-years/foundation-degree-in-early-years-part-time/

May consider:

• Qualified teacher who has the above qualifications but has worked with age groups to 12 years old.

The package offered by the company:

• Salary range is £24,000 (GBP) to £28,000 (GBP), dependant on experience and qualification.
• Cost of flight to UK will be covered for the individual only.
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays = 28 days in total.
• Work permit and VISA required in the UK will be arranged by the company and the cost of this.
• Please note It will be a restrictive VISA to enables them to work for our company ONLY.
