Good English communication skills required. Should be flexible to work night shifts and extent- ed working hours. Review & study the tour itinerary of the respective arrival. Monitor flight timings for any delays or early arrivals & inform relevant parties if any changes occur. For all arrivals, an agent should be present in the airport at least 30 minutes in advance. Ensure the guide/driver is present on time at the relevant car park of the airport. Inspect guide/driver’s attire and in-vehicle ameni- ties. Meet & Greet clients on all arrivals. Introduce the clients to the guide/driver. Organize porters to load luggage to vehicle on arrival. Once the clients have left the airport, call and update the hotel that the clients will be reaching there shortly. For agent tours, send an email update to the agent once the clients have left the airport to start their tour
