    - Clearly understand business needs and development requests.

    - Engage with teams- primarily thru phone, email or face to face.

    - Ability to understand and to use data to come up with intelligent and usable recommendations for business problems & issues within SLA.

    - Able to produce ancillary results that surprise and delight partners.

    - Having Excellent SQL SKILLS

    - VBA for BIG DATA sets( Good to Have )

    - Pure Analytics with SQL
