Our Client is a well-established company in Sri Lanka who are best in business in many industries both locally and internationally.

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a Professional Qualification in HR preferably with an MBA
  • 07-10 Years Overall HR Experience with at least 03 years’ experience in similar position with considerable exposure to Talent acquisition at middle and senior levels.
  • Working in large organization, with a mix of blue collar and white collared employee workforce will be an added advantage.

Job Role

  • The person will be responsible for the entire gamut of Talent Identification
  • Prepare the recruitment budget and Retention and other related aspects in the corporate and across all SBUs
  • Create and validate the necessary policy and process manuals for Recruitment
  • Establish processes for recruitment (or stream line existing processes) especially at the senior management level
  • Attract the right talent at different levels to the organization by providing required inputs to the management
  • Ensure goal setting on-time by coordinating with respective SBU Heads and HR representatives.

Personal Attributes and skills

  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Experience in the retail sales Industry will be an definite advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
  • Strong and excellent communication skills
