Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Customer Service / Business  Administration
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management &  People Management skills with good interpersonal relations
• Excellent command in English ,Sinhala  & Tamil

Exposure to COPC and Six Sigma standards will be an added advantage
