Manager- Programmes and Grants

Manage a portfolio of Programmes and Grants to achieve the objectives of NTT as outlined in the organisation’s Strategy Plan, vis-a-\is Programme Development, Planning and Management. Contribute to the design of future strategic plans, in close collaboration with the Executive Director and the Programme Committee of NTT. Develop proposals (inclusive of budget) for resource mobilisation together with the Executive Director. Lead a team in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the grant making actixities of NTT. Seek and identify groups that are working on the focus areas that are part of NTT's mandate and strategy plan and support organisations which may be able to implement interventions in these areas Liaise with the Executive Director to ensure that your work complements and supports each other in the administration of NTT.
