We’re now recruiting for a technical-minded leader, who is up for a challenge of growing our development team and coaching them through existing and future projects.

Our Manager of Software Engineering with advanced skills in ASP.NET, SQL and Azure will be responsible for overseeing development teams in charge of delivering our web enterprise application built on Microsoft Stack technology. They will also drive a forward-thinking culture and use his/her skills and research knowledge to guide the teams and company during it AI growth. Additionally, this role provides the successful individual with the unique opportunity to collaborate with our UK heads on strategic AI decisions and help lead the shift to AI as a transformational platform for businesses of the future.

Skills and Requirements:

−             Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Lead Developer role

−             Previous experience managing large scale enterprise projects (web, mobile or AI)

−             Advanced skills in Microsoft Development stack including ASP.Net, SQL and Azure is essential

−             Strong oral and written communication skills in English language

−             Great attention to detail with determination to create excellence

−             A University degree, Diploma or Certificate with commercial development

−             An AI diploma or certification or AI commercial experience would be advantageous
