Manager (Cutting) - Minuwangoda

You should hold an academic/professional qualification in Garment Technology. An additional qualification in textile/fabric technology is desirable. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the industry is required. You should have the skill to communicate effectively with the necessary stake holders & maintain excellent interpersonal skills. You should be knowledgeable on fabric & the entire manufacturing value chain. You will be proactive, assertive and forward thinking. You will take ownership in delivering flawless execution and ensure that this is driven to the cutting team.
