The Job The Brand Manager –Bancassurance will be responsible to support in managing the entire branding scope of the Bancassurance sales stream to achieve the set business objectives.
Principle Accountabilities:
•Ensure to achieve set business plans whilst capitalising the opportunities available in the relevant banking channel. •Achieve sales force recruitment targets and lead, motivate & coach the Bancassurance team to achieve business targets and KPI’s. •Build relationships with all Bank partners and maintain highest level of customer service. •Leverage technology to increase productivity and efficiency.
The Applicant should possess:
•A Degree in Marketing / CIM / SLIM full or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute. •A minimum of 5 years’ experience at managerial level in a reputed organization. •A strong, proven conceptual, interpersonal and implementation skills. •A good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Fluency in Tamil would be an advantage). •Willingness to travel to regions/branch offices island wide.
