You should be a professional with a sound educational background and has held Management level responsibilities for at least 2 years.You should carry an unblemished performance and value track record. Understanding of the garment manufacturing process and having Lean based experience/qualifications would be an added advantage. Your competencies highlight project management, detail orientation and analysis, understanding and appreciating process whilst having a sound capability of driving people capabilities.
