Position Requirements -
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or F& B Preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality industry including two years' in management (Preferred catering Manager and banquet operations).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to supervise food preparation, service and clean-up mandatory.
Prolific in computers and basic operating software such as MS Office and Outlook.
