Our client is a well-known leading retailer in Sri Lanka. We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our branch.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity
- Extensive knowledge about the fashion industry and visual merchandising.
- Ability to identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Ability to maintain staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Keep the store and visual merchandising to a phenomenal standard
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
