Maintenance Person / Handyman (FULL TIME)
Our Small Boutique Hotel requires the services of a maintenance / Handyman person to maintain the property. You will be required to keep all equipment and buildings in good repair by liaising with management effectively and working to schedules with speed and accuracy.
This position requires a fit and active person to fulfill a busy schedule on a daily basis.
Preference to applicants with experience in plumbing, painting and decorating, basic tiling and fitting and fixtures will be made.
Experience is Essential as is a general understanding of written and spoken English.
Main duties
- Respond to Guest Repair Requests
- Perform repairs to property.
- Respond to daily maintenance logs.
- Knowledge of general plumbing.
- Painting.
- Cleaning of gutters.
- Experience such as plumbing/tiling/painting is desired.
- Room Maintenance
- Function area set up
- Maintenance of Bar and Restaurant
- MUST be able to communicate details of any problems to the General Manager / Housekeeper in Spoken English.
This role can be live in or out.
15,000.00 to 20,000.00 Sri Lankan Rupees per month
