The Person - The eligibility criteria for this position would be as follows. Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public with minimum 5 years experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. Experience in handling IT contracts will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English. Good negotiation skills will be an added advantage. Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
