You will be workingfull time on one product only (we are not an outsource development company). We have true project managers that allow developers and client communication in an efficient manner. The result is less stress on you and no ball passing between project managers and developers. We also provide the necessary training and we expect you to be up to date with the latest technologies. We will provide access to all the training material and we want you to complete those training within a considerable amount of time.
