We are on the lookout for an energetic and exceptional performer in the capacity of Junior Executive – Service Delivery. Responsibilities - Responsible for customers’ enquiries and manage all records, documents relating to customers in a timely and proficient manner
- To actively participate in providing quality oriented excellent customer services, constantly exceeding expectations of customer service levels
- Provide efficient support and communicate with inter departments related to customer services and administrative activities
- Analyze, identify, report service levels provided to customers and provide insights, innovative suggestions towards providing better service levels
Qualifications & Basic Skills Required - G.C.E Advanced Level
- Pursuing a Degree or a Diploma in Business Management/IT or a similar field
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
- Good customer focus & interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers
- Ability to prepare timely and quality reports
- Good team player
- Ability to work stretched hours (if required) is an added advantage
