Should possess a minimum of 1 1/2 - 2 years experience in tour operations and destination management Exposed to different tour programmes, whilst being knowledgeable about hotels in all parts of Sri Lanka The ability to help, supervise and assist any junior staff in the correct path of destination management A team player with high inter-personal skills and leadership qualities.
