The ideal candidate should; Possess at least 2 years of customer care experience. Have excellent communication skills in Sinhalese and English (Ability to work in Tamil medium would be advantageous). G.C.E (A/L) and other relevant qualifications would be advantageous. Be mile to handle both walking and calling customers. Possess a thorough knowledge of MS Office.
