The Role

Carryout of IT system operations whilst ensuring high availability of IT systems and timely delivery of IT services relating to operations to the business units to effectively achieving their business objectives and to assist in maintain & troubleshooting Hardware & Communications infrastructure to support the delivery of IT services in achieving IT objectives.

Eligibility

• G.C.E Advance level & basic IT Diploma and/or any other appropriate professional qualification
• Minimum, two years’ experience in handling IT operations including network, communication ( IBM AS/400 system operations).
• with Good communications skills and team work.
• Outgoing personality with positive attitude
