Our Client is a leading Canadian based company into real estate. It follows the Canadian time, so operating hours are in the night.
Qualifications and experience
- A fully or partly completed relevant professional qualification
- Should be highly fluent in English
- 2 years experience handling IT/ networing issues
Job Role
- PC troubleshooting n fixing all types of PC related issues
- Operating system, mainstream software like adobe, ms office etc
- Networking and router configuration
- Fixing and troubleshooting of PCs of clients in Canada & US done remotely from Sri Lanka via software
- Communicate with Canadian clients on the progress
- Working hours: 6.30pm - 3.30am on 5 1/2 days, Saturday half day
- Starting salary : LKR 35 - 45
- Transport provided in the night hours - if residing within 5 Km distance from Kohuwala
Personal Attributes and skills
- Should possess good leadership skills
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Clear voice would be an advantage
