IT Executive - KPO/BPO

Possess a degree in computer science or IT from a recognised university. 3-5 years Experience. Excellent customer facing, communication and rapport building skills. Hands on Experience of Windows Operating System, Cisco network devices and VMware. Thorough understanding of computer and networking concepts. Should Able to prioritise in a complex, fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible schedules/shifts.
