1. J2EE development knowledge to build JIRA plugins and customization
2. Working on standardizing workflows
3. Creating and archiving projects
4. Managing JIRA users
5. Working on daily JIRA issues

• Good application troubleshooting skills and Problem solving skills
• Good knowledge on Agile principles
• Experience on working on Linux based Environments
• Confluence and Bitbucket knowledge will be an added advantage
• Good communication
