Commis I & II - Experienced in both hot & cold Preparations, past two years' experience in a star class hotel in similar capacity. 2. Waiters - Minimum two years' experience in reputed hotel restaurant. 3. Trainee Waiters - Age between 18-20, who are willing to take up challenges and grow in the trade.
