Looking for a Help Desk Team Leader to be responsible for:
- Managing the IT services for Check Point International employees
- Provide excellent service for Check Point employees
- Managing departmental processes in MIS.
- Purchase of all helpdesk inventory
- Lead the helpdesk team
- Provide End user support in a Microsoft Windows based network environment
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of PCs , Office suite, basic networking, PC security
- High service orientation skills
- 3-5 year experience in Technical roles
- Managerial experience advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
