TEAM LEADER - HELP DESK

Looking for a Help Desk Team Leader to be responsible for: 
 
  • Managing the IT services for Check Point International employees
  • Provide excellent service for Check Point employees
  • Managing departmental processes in MIS.
  • Purchase of all helpdesk inventory
  • Lead the helpdesk team
  • Provide End user support in a Microsoft Windows based network environment

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of PCs , Office suite, basic networking, PC security
  • High service orientation skills
  • 3-5 year experience in Technical roles
  • Managerial experience advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills
