Head of Operations - Go-Karting Circuit (Male)

Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing a similar operation or in the hospitality industry and event management. A passion for karting and/or racing would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of business and management principles (human resources, budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, procurement). A positive mindset and ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to direct the work of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead with an eye for detail.
