• B.Sc. in Computer Science/BCS/ACS or equivalent from a recognize University/Institution with 10 years' experience at least 3 years' experience in a similar capacity preferably in financial sector with in depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.
• M.Sc. in Computer Science will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in current enterprise server hardware, operating systems, development tools, security systems, data center and distributed operations with planning and managing large software development projects and in house resources.
• Knowledge on CCNA security/ MCCP, PHP & MySQL will be a distinct advantage.
