Prerequisites -
2 years experience in a senior position in the kitchen department of a star class hotel.
Knowledge and experience in the preparation of western cuisine.
Good practical and overall theoretical knowledge in kitchen operation.
Experience in kitchen management and supervision.
Well experienced in menu planning.
Good knowledge in food costing.
