Head - Agriculture & Farming

This position in responsible to supervise the overall operation of the farms/estates by
providing leadership and direction to ensure all farms/estates are brought to a profitable
state through increased production, asset capacity and effective management of human
resources, while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
The position is also responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery.
Develop high quality operational strategies and executing them to ensure alignment with
short-term and long-term objectives. The position would also need to identify & develop new
business channels for continuous growth.

Successful completion of BSc in Agriculture or related qualification

Experience in fields and both commercial & agricultural exposure

dry zone crops and composting

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills

Knowledge in MS office package

Willingness to travel frequently to farms/estates
