• 1-2 years experience as a receptionist or Front officer.
  • Multi- tasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.  
  • Should have excellent telephone etiquette, Communication skills and having language fluency in English/ Sinhala and Tamil would be advantage.
  • IT literacy with Internet & e-mail.
  • Positive Customer service attitude is a must.
  • A relevant professional qualification will be added advantage.
  • Being well organized and pro-active.
