The ideal candidate should - Possess a Diploma in Food & Beverage from a recognized Hotel School with 5 years executive level experience in a 5-star Hotel or possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in F&B operations in which a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Similar capacity.
