Finance Associate

:Different is seeking a smart, diligent, and ambitious young individual with a background in finance and operations for a permanent position at our Colombo office. You will be part of a fast growing team across Sri Lanka and Australia disrupting the $4bn Australian property management market. As a Finance Associate, you will help build a disruptive company that is redefining property management. You will work closely with, and report to, our Head of Finance who has worked at top investment banks in Australia, holds a Masters in Applied Finance and the CFA Charter from the CFA Institute. Initially you will own on all client accounts and streamline processes to collect, distribute and report rental income and expenses. Eventually, you will take on organisational finance responsibilities including working with the executive team on company growth, expansion and funding.
