Baarak Farms (Pvt) Limited is the pioneer “Boer” breeding farm in Sri Lanka located in the Kalutara District in the western province of Sri Lanka. This farm is equipped with the state of the art farming equipment’s and had been selected by Ministry of Livestock and the Rural Industry as one of their model goat farm considered in their goat population enhancement program conducted by the Ministry.

Farm Manager
- Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Agriculture or Animal Science
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience in similar capacity
- Very good people management skills, administrative and coordination skills and excellent PR and communication skills are essential requirements
- Should be target and result oriented to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Should be able to station in the farm (accommodation would be provided)
- Should possess a valid driving license (a farm truck would be provided for official use)
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications would be advantageous
