5 or more years experience in factory management. Should possess a good academic background. Should possess people management ,customer service , organizational and management skills. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Age between 24 - 45. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a "can do attitude" who is capable of working. long hours under pressure as and when required.
