Factory Manager / General Manager

Qualifications - Age between 28 and 45. Possess a Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or microbiology or NDT. Experienced Factory Manager with a demonstrable record of delivering results within an FMCG manufacturing environment. Credible leadership style with the ability to manage, inspire, coach and develop individuals and teams.
