Experience and qualifications - 3 years' experience in similar capacity in a four star environment. Hotel School qualifications. Ability to Handle, training staff and allocation of rosters for uninterrupted services. Public Relations and Communication skills. Good command in English and computer knowledge. Ability to liaise with guests and staff.
