You will be responsible for -
Maintenances of system links, profile creations, account opening and changes.
Establishing a smooth hand over from sales to customer servicing by attending to all the necessary changes on the systems.
Preparing training material for customers and managing all legal documentation with regard to the systems managing projects with time lines and ensuring that project scope/impact is appropriately sized, and tracked.
