Job Title- Executive Assistant

Our Client is a fully own subsidiary of an international company in Germany. The products are sold to automotive aftermarkets, construction and maintenance industries ranging from tools, performance chemicals, adhesives, vastness and much more. They are one of the largest international trading companies with more than 400 subsidiaries in 83 countries.

Qualifications and experience

  • Proactive, punctual, reliable and able to work on Saturdays and long hours when required.
  • Well-presented and spoken/ English and Sinhala.
  • Age 25 – 35
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity or with other experience.

Job Role

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of Managing Director
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arranging foreign travel and guest arrangements
  • Taking meeting minutes and following up

Personal Attributes and skills

  • Strong communication skills - organized, and attention to detail, ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
