Estate Supervisor (Master Grower)

We are a leading Spice exporter in Sri Lanka and we are
looking for a highly capable individual to fill the current
position:
Estate Supervisor (Master Grower)
Should have at least 5 years’ experience in agronomy, cultivation and planting/ growing Tea,
Cinnamon, Coconut, and other cash crops.
Should have at least 5 years’ experience in Estate management.
Should have experience in Organic cultivation and practices.
Should have good knowledge in Cash crops and their growing techniques.
Experience in harvesting spices.
Should have sound knowledge in irrigation, pest management, pruning, planting, harvesting, and
curing different crop types.
Experience and knowledge in handling spices: Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Nutmeg,
Mace.
Must be between the ages of 30-50
Residence in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka will be an added advantage
