An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university. Sound knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Hydraulic Engineering. Knowledge in safety, health & environmental management and work standards. Good communication, leadership skills and other managerial competencies to deal with employees, suppliers, contractors and consultants. Good knowledge in project management. Ability to work under demanding conditions.
