Our client is one of the multinational FMCG Company in Sri Lanka
Position Requirements
- Age below 40 Male Candidates.
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree from well recognized University.
- Should have 3-5 years of Experience in Managerial Level also Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer or FMCG will be an added advantage
- Manufacturing Environment experience will be a definite advantage.
- Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor process.
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team, managers and clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
