Engineering Assistant (Electrical Engineering) - Sri Lanka-25408

Description;

The selected candidate will be responsible on all electrical engineering related activities on preventive maintenance, new machine installation, down times and machinery breakdowns of the allocated shift of our manufacturing plant at Biyagama.

The responsibilities of the role would include; 

Implementing & Executing preventive maintainance of the manufacturing plant

Attending to repairs and breakdowns

Updating electrical drawings of both plant and machinery

Updating maintainance history records of both plant and machinery

Carry out RCA for breakdowns

Ordering machine spare parts according to the requirements on time

Assisting both Senior Engineering Assistants and Engineering executives to implement new projects

Reporting the electrical engineering related activities to the management periodically

Qualifications;

NDT / NCT or 4 years’ full-time technical course in a reputed institute with 01 years’ work experience in a related field

OR

Certificate course in relevant field with 03 years’ working experience in a similar capacity

Fluency in Computer Aided Drawing (CAD)

Good analytical, numeric skills and verbal reasoning

Ability to adopt to any situation and high sense of team work

Fair knowledge in working English

Possibility to work on shift basis
