PERSONAL PROFILE - The National Diploma in HRM or PQHRM (all three stages) of lPM Sri Lanka or equivalent professional qualification or a Degree from a recognized university. An MBA or higher academic qualifications and Professional Qualifications. Should possess a minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in covering development and management of study courses, professional development programmes, lecturing, consultancy, etc.
