Salary: Basic + commission (100,000 - 300,000 on target earnings)

Digital Advertising Sales Manager - The Role:

Your main objective is to identify and secure high yielding advertisers.
You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Take ownership of building & managing a sales promotion team acquiring best young talent
Support to build and maintain our company’s social media presence

The ideal candidate:

Will have a strong sales background with a good understanding of the B2B sector and experience with Telesales
Will have previous Media Sales experience, however a solid sales background in another sector would be considered.
Will have the ability to see opportunities with an understanding about how to structure and drive the sales process from plan to close.
Will be happy working autonomously and willing to take ownership of identifying and winning new clients
