Database Systems Specialist

The ideal candidate should have a Computer Science degree with minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in management and administration of production databases. A thorough understanding Windows and UNIX, Linux or Sun Solaris environments including shell scripting experience is required. Experience in configuration, performance tuning, disaster recovery techniques and providing consultancy in Oracle, DB2, Progress OpenEdge or MS-SQLServer is a prerequisite.
