Qualifications & Requirements - Successfully Completed G.C.E. A/L. Ability to converse in English and Sinhala is essential. Experience in the above category will be added advantage. Excellent telephone etiquette with mature and pleasant attribute. Knowledge about the MS office would be added advantage. Ability work under pressure, patience and enjoy the customer service.
