Our client is a leading global company in Sri Lanka looking for a Customer Support with the following

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good time management and organisational skills in order to prioritise workload and demands.
  • Demonstrates urgency, energy and enthusiasm.
  • Adapts quickly to a changing environment.
  • Prior experience in software implementation/support desk activities, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a group with minimal supervision.
  • IT Skills (Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related, knowledge of Microsoft SQL).
